Police engagement with suspected vehicles during night time left little option and in order to apprehend fleeing suspects, the police had practised maximum delay. Blaring sirens and blinding beacons will be sufficient to notified the fleeing occpants in the vehicle of clear police intention to stop and check them. In order to safeguard the lives of other road user the police pursued the said vehicle for 6 km and had left them little choice but to open fire at the vehicle to halt it. The speed of the fleeing vehicle might endanger others, and one will shuddered to imagine how many life might be lost if the car was to ram on other road user?

There is no way that the police could have determine the age of the driver and after pursuing for 6 km, one could imagine the things that crossed the policemen minds.

For once I choose to disagree with learned Karpal that the charge shall be murder. How can we establish that the shot had intended to kill the driver?

From which angle the shot was fired that can determine the police aimed to kill the boy?

Was there any intention for the policeman to shoot to kill?

Was the boy known to the policeman?

If not, what is the reason the policeman would even want to shoot to kill him?

Were the shots fired was aimed to deflate the tyres rather than to aim at the driver?

The position of the shots fired was so difficult and thinking to shoot bull at the driver is wild and will be beyond any police man dream that they can be so precise to shoot at a moving target unless they are properly trained like the UTK boys.

Although police are trained in high speed chase , the police may be left with option to bring the car to a halt by forcing it off the road and if the driver is killed in that manner the police may also be blame of forcing a child off the road and kill him.

I were in the Putrajaya last Friday and as usual took a cab to Jabatan Pendaftaran.

I spoke to the taxi driver and he seems to be very angry with policeman saying that they are corrrupted lot.
I were not surprised so I asked him whether he had encountered any corruption while plying his taxi. Oh Yes, he said. The bastard took my money RM 10.00 when I beat the traffic light once in Pudu. The police wanted to saman him but he told the policeman he is old and earning a meagre living. Then he gave the policeman ten ringgit. The police let him off after getting ten ringgit from him. What can a ten ringgit buy today? A bottle of coke?

Incident No 2. The same taxi driver related that once during Deepavali his sons burned fire crackers in their house compound. Two policemen arrived shortly and inquired about the burning of the fire crackers. Seeing that the children and adults were enjoying themselves with plenty of food, the police men asked them for two cans of coca cola. The taxi driver felt offended and said that the two bastard policemen asked for bribe of two cans of coca cola.

Firstly the policemen let them off the hook of burning fire crackers by using discretionary police policing power and isn't it is the Malaysian culture to offer drinks in the Deepavali to your visitors?

Oh Shit! The policemen were merely getting two cans of coke and yet the old man start to tell everyone the police took bribe from him and the bribe was just two cans of coke.

Semua pembaca yang di hormati,

Satu perjumpaan telah di adakan di antara saya dengan Dato' Wan Ahmad Najmuddin Bin Mohamad iaitu pegawai polis yang telah di pertanggungjawabkan oleh YB Menteri Dalam Negeri untuk mengorak langkah di dalam KPI mengurangkan jenayah di dalam NKRA. Kami telah berbincang dengan pandang lebar mengenai kaedah pengurangan jenayah dengan mewujudkan community policing di kawasan yang bermasalah.

Perjumpaan ini merupakan satu pembuka jalan untuk membantu polis dan kerajaan terutama dalam pengurangan jenayah di mana community policing atau kepolisan komuniti ini telah di praktiskan di banyak negara dan di dapati berkesan.

Kepolisan komuniti telah di lancarkan dengan agresif nya oleh ACP Mohamad Azlee bin Abdullah di beberapa negeri sebagai pilot project community policing. Salah satu daripada community policing yang boleh di contohi ialah community policing di Taman Maharani, Muar.

The recent court ruling on forbiding the authorities to record witnesses statements after office hours gave rise to comments by Mr Karpal Singh a prominent criminal lawyer in Malaysia. He commented that the police is also binded by the ruling and even invited those who had been interviewed after office hours for the past three years by the police should sue the police under the PPA. we dread to think what will happen if the police asked you to return home after you got robbed and only to return during office hours to have your statement recorded and witnesses to be interviewed?

The social welfare unit of Petaling responded to our plea for help and due to their quick and efficient action the old man is having a good place to stay temporarily.

An old man was found wondering near Puchong Jaya and was referred to our community centre. We contacted the social welfare of Petaling and they were fast to act. The 75 year old man claimed that he has 11 children and no one could care for him.

A big thank you to all the good welfare social officers. They were very proffesional in handling this old man and they gave us thorough explanation of what to do. Terima kasih.

Salam Deepavali,

Tun Dr Mahathir amat tepat apabila beliau melahirkan kata bahawa orang awam kurang menghargai jasa polis di Malaysia. Orangramai masih memandang rendah terhadap perkhidmatan polis di mana meraka cepat melabelkan polis sebagai anggota yang korup dan kurang profesional.

Mengapa kah orangramai memandang serong kepada pihak polis? Adakah ia benar bahawa polis tidak memenuhi bench mark yang telah di tetapkan. Saya pasti ramai di antara kita akan mempertahankan PDRM apabila ia di serang tanpa asas. Tetapi mari lah wahai sahabat sahabat PDRM semua, kita renungi mengapa orang awam kurang menghargai kita? Ia mesti ada sebab. Tengok lah front liners kita. Tengok lah bagaimana kereta peronda kita berleluasa di bandar besar.

Polis tahan box van bertubi tubi dan pantang saja tengok box van memang lah di tahan. Pantang tengok van bawa penumpang bermirip Indonesia, Mynyamar atau lain lain orang asing mmesti kena tahan, Teksi bawa penumpang mirip warga Indonesia, Bangla, Mnyanmar , tahan lah, Konon periksa dokumen. Ada dokumen, dia pun kata tak sah. Ugut nak bawa balik balai. Cek imigresen. Tahan lori besar. Kata bawa muatan lebih berat. Ugut nak bawa pergi periksa kat JPJ. Bayar RM 20 settle, Yang berat jadi ringan. Bayar RM 300 dokumen perjalanan yang sah jadi sah.

Orang ramai mengambil sikap mudah di mana mereka selesaikan masalah mereka melalui mahkamah tepi jalan. Yang pihak satu lagi pula ghairah menerima nya kerana gaji nya yang kecil.

Tangga gaji PDRM untuk rank and file masih kecil berbanding dengan tanggungjawab dan risiko yang mereka hadapi. Ramai anggota polis mengeluh kerana gaji masih kurang di mana kerja nya berisiko tinggi dan mempunyai tahap disiplin yang tinggi.

Ambil itu bukan kerana nak kaya tetapi memadai dan menampung untuk cukup makan.
Ia menjadi a necessity ataupun keperluan. Kalau di gaduhkan kerja Bangla pun lebih tinggi nya gaji daripada polis.

Tetapi yang minta kerja polis itu pun ramai. Banyak mahu kerja polis kerana lumayan. Masyuuuk. Tetapi salah langkah masyuuuuk penjara. Pasal RM 50 pun kena 3 tahun.

Jadi sahabat sahabt semua, marilah kita berani berubah, Marilah kita cuba hapuskan budaya ambil. Kalau nak minta, biar gentlemen, minta dekat tauke sikit sikit sudahlah. Cuba lah kita minta dengan tauke kita sebenar nya, Kerajaan Malaysia, JPA usah kira perbandingan dengan ahli kerajaan lain.

JPA harus kira kerana polis ini memerlukan banyak pergerakan dan mereka dalam bertugas 24 jam. Kalau berbanding dengan staf kementerian lain adalah tidak tepat.

Bayar gaji lebih tinggi dan sekira nya selepas menerima pendapatan yang berpatutan dan masih mengamalkan korupsi, mereka harus di pancung dari PDRM. Hina kalau setelah di bayar gaji berpatutan masih mengamalkan korupsi.

Maka ayuh sahabat sahabat, mari lah kita bertanggung jawab laksanakan tugas kepolisan kita sementara menunggu tangga gaji yang berpatutan daripada bos kita. jaga lah nama baik dan imej PDRM. Dan awas, jangan lah sehingga terpelosok ke dalam penjara. Menyesal kemudian tidak berguna.

Fighting Mat Raguts.

The Home Ministry announce that they will get more intelligence networking to fight the Mat Raguts and street crime.

I will like to share some measures which may be effective.

1) Conduct checks on pawn shops in KL and Selangor and ask counterpart in other states to do so too. Make comparison on the namelist, crosschecking and do a background search of those who pawned regularly. Anyone who has criminal records shall be scrutinised further. Send detectives to check their house, movements, friends and background. Do not arrest them but place them under 24 hours survelliance. Arrest them when they strike.

2) Get the detectives to get intelligence from the internet cafes. A lot of internet cafes is actually a breeding ground for Mat Raguts. They gambled compulsively in these internet centres and will resort to robbing to feed their gambling habbit. The detectives need to check motorbikes outside those centres and cross check with JPJ. If a motorbike uses a fake plate number, check the background of the user as some of them use it to avoid hire purchase payment. Once criminal intention is established put them under survelliance even though it may be a month.
Catch them when they strike.

Don't give up as we need to eradicate these criminals to achieve the 20%.

The Prosecuting Officer in court must also push for a higher bail. Often than not the accused will be let off with a low bail maybe Rm 3,000 and the family will raise the bail. Once the accused is out he will commit more crime to pay for his legal fees.

Therefor the court must aso play its part in eradicating this menace and crime. Impose a higher bail and if they cannot raise bail, send them to jail. Look into the severity of the crime and impose a fair and just sentence. At many times, the sentence meted out may not reflect the severity of the crime. It just couldn't get the message across as the accused will return to the old bad habit and create more damage.

Let us work together to make our community safer.

Tarnishing the image of the IGP

Dear readers,

In today political scenario, there were so many attacks thrown at the police at the slightest chance. We see how the police received the bashing from the concerned quarters and there were many attempts to belittle the IGP by posting in numerous blogs accusing him working together with the underworld.

There were many things which the writer wrote in the SD that he alleged to be true by putting the rank and number of the officers which supposed to be favoured by the IGP for his own advantage and benefit. With his contract ending in 14th September the concerned party worked very hard to ensure his departure. Its the ploy of the concerned party to weaken the police force by creating a rift in the force and splitting them in two. I pray fervently and hope that the police will not fall into their trap as this can weaken the spirit of police force.

There are continous forces that work relentlessly to discredit the force. They put up various plays and post them in the youtube just to potray a bad image of the force. They wanted the public to believe all the video clips made were genuine and al the beatings were done by the force.

We hope that everyone can see the true side of the coin and not to believe in all those video clips alleging that the brutality of the police. There may be bad apples in the force but majority of the force work harder than you think.

The police had been protecting us for over 200 years and it is still protecting us or else no one will dare to walk on the street.

Have a heart for the police.

There are parties which do not want IGP contract not to be extended as they came out in full force to make sure IGP contract ends. They want to decide who is the IGP . That us the politics in Malaysia.

In time of emergency ,many of us panic and do not know which number to call for help. In the recent robbery case in Puchong the victims choose to call 103 instead. to ask for the police station number only after her shop was robbed. I dare say that many of us do not have our nearest police station number therefor we will feel helpless and we ended up calling a different police number or we will start shouting in the phone for assistance from 999. Therefor it is important that we keep our nearest police station numbers with us with a spare number of the state police hotline. ie that Selangor will be 03 20529999 and Kl will be 03 21159999..If you are travelling in Malaysia along the highway you can get help fron Bukit Aman 03 20319999.

So lets have a habit of keeping emergency numbers with you. It may save your life one day.

Puan Catherine sedang menerima memorandum daripada cops.org.my dan En Wong Hock Ann.

Perbincangan sedang di jalankan di hadapan pintu masuk IPK Selangor.

Penduduk dan peniaga Puchong telah di gemparkan dengan berita "Puchong raiders" di mana satu kumpulan lelaki di percayai India telah menyamun sebanyak 7 kedai dalam masa 45 minit pada awal pagi 16hb Jun 2009. Maka dengan ini pihak penduduk telah pun menghantar satu memorandum di mana permintaan rondaan yang lebih giat di waktu pagi di adakan. Memorandum ini telah di hantar kepada Dato' Khalid Bin Abu Bakar, Ketua Polis Selangor. Kami telah memohon polis meningkatkan mutu perkhidmatan nya di kawasan pertanyaan di mana ia adalah tempat pertama ( meeting point ) di mana polis berinteraksi dengan orangramai. Ramai di antara pihak kami yang pergi ke balai polis membuat repot terpaksa menghadapi layanan yang kurang mesra, tidak apa attitude ( blank stares at times) di enquiry counter balai polis. Semasa mangsa jenayah yang telah mengalami trauma yang teruk datang kebalai membuat repot, perasaan mereka kucar kacir dan mereka memerlukan pertolongan yang baik. Kalau lah pihak polis melayan ala kadar sahaja ia bukan hanya menjatuhkan imej polis malah akan mengurangkan kepercayaan orangramai kepada polis. Maka dengan ini kami memohon supaya sekurang kurang nya 2 orang pegawai polis di khaskan untuk menerima mangsa di kawasan enquiry dan memberi bantuan sepenuh nya kepada mangsa jenayah. Mereka harus di berikan bantuan segera mengikut keperluan. Ini akan menaikkan imej profesionalisma polis. Mereka seharus nya mencontohi corporate reception. dengan ini kami memohon pihak polis untuk memberi pertimbangan dalam aspek ini.

Seorang mangsa yang di rantai di dalam bangunan
One of the victim chained for defaulting payment of RM 850 only.
He has been locked up for more than 60 days deprived of sunlight and chain next to the toilet bowl.
The recently inhumane of Ah Long actions really make everyone sit up especially those who borrowed from ah longs. The authorities couldn't do much as most of the Ah Longs victims do not report to the police. Don't borrow from ah longs as they will suck your blood dry before you notice it. They are worst than the aedes mosquitos as they are even known to linger around the emergency area near Hospital University providing loan with hefty interest to those who met with accidents and who need monies badly to have a proper burial ceremony. They will provide immediate arrangements for coffin,, sifus, funeral parlours often getting a cut from there yet charging high interest for the short loan provided. They will always hunt for those who have good insurance claim knowing that the deceased will be able to pay them later

OCPD Subang Jaya and OCPD Gombak looking at the cell and it is worst than Guatemala where suspected terorrist being chained on their ankles and these ah longs are much worst that they even chained the necks of their victims. I propose that all of them to be put under EO and send them to Simpang Rengam for two years detention. Let them get the feel of being contained.

Well done PDRM and watch out ah longs. I wonder why all the YBs keep quiet in this matter. They should help the victims to initiate a civil suit to claim damages from the ah longs for wrongful confinement and the duress they suffered. Please lah, asyik nak menyaman dan mengapa pulak YB YBs yang asyik suka menyaman tidak pula menolong mangsa ah long untuk meyaman ah long ah long tersebut. jadi apa pula kata YB tak berani ke nak melawan ah longs itu ke? Oleh kerana kurungan salah selama 60 hari dan kekacauan mental yang di hadapi oleh mangsa ah longs, apa pulakata kamu semua, jom, mari lah kita berganding tangan untuk menunjukkan kekuatan kita menyaman ah long itu 1 juta pula.

Jangan lah nak asyik menyaman saje tapi bila mangsa mangsa ah long kena tindas tak ada yang nak tolong menyaman pula. Apa jadi dunia kita sekarang semua nya dalam asyik kepura puraan dan disini lah manusia berkecimpung dalam kehiprokisan hidup dan melaungkan api api bahawa PDRM sentiasa tak betul tetapi tidak pula mengukur baju di badan sendiri,

Pecah rumah di Taman Wawasan 2.

Satu kejadian pecah rumah siang hari telah berlaku di Wawasan 2/6 , Taman Wawasan Puchong di mana tuan rumah telah meninggalkan rumah nya untuk bercuti di Pulau Pinang bersama anak anak nya yang sedang bercuti sekolah. Tinjauan di buat dan di dapati pencuri telah memecahkan kunci di bahagian pintu rumah dan mengeledah rumah. Kejadian pecah rumah siang hari kini selalu berlaku di kawasan perumahan yang sunyi dan di mana pandangan hadapan rumah sentiasa di lindungi daripada pandangan umum.

Pengeledahan di buat dengan sistematik oleh penjenayah untuk mengesan barang berharga.

Mangsa kenal pasti TV LCD 32 inci, periuk nasi, barang kemas dan wang tunai ialah antara barang yang di curikan dan dilarikan penjenayah.
Untuk kes pecah rumah seseorang boleh di tuduh di bawah seksyen 457 KK di mana ia boleh di penjarakan sehingga 14 tahun dan untuk kesalahan kali kedua ia boleh juga di kenakan dend dan sebatan rotan jika di sabitkan kesalahan nya. Kebanyakan kes pecah rumah adalah amat sukar untuk pegawai polis menuduh di bawah seksyen 457 melainkan mempunyai bukti yang kukuh dan kebiasaan nya ia akan di tuduh di bawah seksyen 411 KK di mana ia di baca bersama di mana pertuduhan adalah di bawah memiliki barang barang curi.

Orangramai adalah di ingatkan jangan meletak objek saperti ampaian baju yang boleh bergerak kerana ia menjadi trend jenayah berselindung di belakang ampaian baju untuk memecahkan pintu rumah. This is the bungalow provided by Emkay Land for the orang asli temuan to call their home.

Orang asli temuan community participating in the tarik upeh game.

The horse riding performance provide a lot of thrills and an eye opener to the Temuan community.

Tarik upeh is a traditional game played by the orang asli. IPD P.Jaya led by ACP Arjunaidi must be commended for a well arranged CP program with the orang asli on 6th of June 2009 at Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya. The purpose of this program is to encourage the assimilation of orang asli into the local community. After the rapid development in Damansara Perdana, many orang Temuan felt lost, displaced as their livehood is being affected seriously, worse. their hunting ground was totally destroyed. More often the Temuans will be left behind in education and many find themselves difficult in obtaining jobs and sufferred economy constraint.They felt that they are often neglected and will drive them to the tendency of anti social behaviour. Realising that the Temuans need help and support OCPD of P.Jaya ACP Arjunaidi came with a brilliant idea and gallant effort in getting the message across to the Temuans . They are not left behind, says OCPD P.Jaya and they are roped in to help the police in the CP program. The Temuans through their Tok Batin can now voice their grouses easily to the police. There were ten agencies roped in to make the event a sucessful one and one of the leading agencies was the HEOA. Hats off to ACP Arjunaidi and Supt Razak Elias who is the head of CP Petaling Jaya with his assistant DSP Ding. Salutes to all that made the event a succesful, memorable and rejunevating one. Many Temuans were beaming happily with the recognition accorded to them as I sat together with them sipping ice tea in a coffeshop near to the event venue. I hope other district will also look into the plight of orang asli being left out in our noble crime fighting effort and they are just innocent folks that need us to walk into their hearts. the rest need not to be said as the asli are known for their courage, honesty, loyalty and friendliness. They are left behind defenceless when we plough into their land and took away their once call homes. We must be responsible and provide them with help to let them survive.

Nak Tuk Kung

This is a Nak Tuk Kung resting place that was built near Taman Puchong Indah, Puchong, Selangor. Nak Tuk Kung is a chinese version of Datuk or it is believed to be a spirit of the earliest occupant of the land. When developers opened up new area, they will pray to the Datuk Kong before they dare to venture further. They asked for the spirit guidance and protection so that their work will not be hindered. There are many stories about the Datuk Kongs and it is the Chinese belief that the Datuk Kong must not be offended or the whole area will be disturbed and the residents will not have a peaceful time. ( Adalah menjadi satu kebiasaan apabila sesebuah pemaju perumahan dalam kerja menaikkan rumah di sesuatu tempat akan terlebih dahulu meminta izin daripada penjaga tanah dan di mana setelah pemaju rumah meninggalkan kawasan tersebut setelah berjaya mendirikan rumah, peninggalan Nak Tuk Kung ini akan di sembah oleh penduduk tempatan supaya meminta kerahmatan nya dan perlindungan suapaya mereka tidak di kacau.)

Its being used in many chinese community functions and was erected by Kuan to show the solidarity of Chinese communities in Puchong, It is now up for adoption . Anyone intrested. It can be dismantle and store up and the contractor to instal is JNR Creative Design in Puchong. Please contact me if anyone want to use it or take it. 012 2732148 kuan. ( It was built at the cost of twenty thousand inclusive of installation and dismantling) For now it needs about RM 5k to instal and dismantle with transportation and lighting inclucded. There is a bridge and a chinese resting hut attached to it. I post it up because I will be dismantling it if there is no taker and throw it away.But I am now giving it away for free.

Community Policing Puchong Jaya.

Community policing Puchong Jaya conducted a gathering on the 25th of May 2009 in Taman Perindustrian Puchong, Puchong, Selangor. The idea was to bring the CP closer to the community and introduces them to the factory owners and industrial players there. It was aim to reduce crime through closer cooperation between the factories owners and the police with the help of Puchong Jaya CP members. Yand Berhormat Dato' Satim ( ADUN N29 Barisan Nasional ) donated RM 2,000 for the gathering. The food was sponsored by one of the CP member Dato' Muthu who owns a factory there. Chief Inspector Lokman expained the role of CP and the concept of CP in fighting crime.

A dinner was hosted for the Selangor police officers after the Selangor volleyball tournament on 22nd of May 2009 which were attended by Dato Khalid, Dato' Jamshah, Dato Hasnan, Tuan Jamaluddin, head of departments, OCPDs of Selangor . It was hosted by cops.org.my in River View Restaurant in Kuala Selangor. The dinner was hosted to show appreciation to the police officers for their dedication and commitment in their police duties.

Dato Khalid Bin Abu Bakar ( CPO Selangor )in his thank you speech and gave his commitment that the police will work without fear and favour and will not bow to political pressure in discharging their duties.

In an traffic accident, do not try to find who fault was it and the best thing to do is to take down the vehicle registration number and the road tax number. An exchange of personal details mutually can be done but it is not a must. It is adequate to get the vehicle details and report to the police.

The traffic officer will determine who is at fault. If you receive a summon from the police and you feel that you are not in fault, you can bring your case to the SIO of Traffic and may even write to traffic chief.

The police report can be lodge later and you can also ask your friend to lodge a report or a report can be lodge through the phone. The police will record your statement in the hospital. Always get a reliable tow truck company and do not simply sign documents authorizing the tow truck operators to tow and repair your car. Most of all STAY CALM> NOBODY WANTS AN ACCIDENT. PLEASE REMAIN CALM AND DO NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS IN A HASTY MANNER WHEN ASKED BY THE TOW TRUCK COMPANIES.

Bukit Puchong CP Meeting is held on every 2nd Friday of the month and members are allowed to voice their complaints and give suggestion during the meeting.

In the picture. CP members giving their full attention in the meeting. They came from all walks of life and are able to contribute to crime prevention effort as studies shows that CP members are more willing to give cooperation to the police as they learn more about crime prevention methods .

DSP RAJ from SJ HQ spearheading the meeting and took a very positive attitude in listening the problems and suggestion from the CP members. Africans problems often cropped up in the meeting and other security problems include illegal racing in Puchong and truancy involving secondary schoolboys.

CP MEMBERS in Bukit Puchong work closely with the police in finding ways to fight crime and discussion is always healthy. We thank the OCS for providing us coffee and tea with a lot of kuehs thrown in and discussion normally ends before 12 pm.

Its war against the rempits in Puchong and its been a relieved that the motorcylists now in Puchong put on their helmets. They must make to understand that the police will continue this operation until all of them use helmets. Two Inspectors were knocked down by the motorcylists during their operation rounds. Here in the picture shows the police stopping motorbikes and checking on them. Many of the motorcyclist were caught in the operation and many argued that they were going nearby and that were the reasons that they did not wear helmets. It is quite disheartening that many police station OCS still struggling to get the CP concept working. There are many of us who wants to join CP but is unaware of such a program. The police must come out in full to promote this as it its been proved to be effective in crime prevention. Many RA who came into CP also is waiting for the police to initiate their programmes which render them ineffective. They must play their role too by promoting CP amaong thier residents and encourage them to join CP. They must organise sectors and talks to enlighten the community on CP.

Dear Readers,

Police cars will be queeing at toll plazas when they patrol their area in our police district. The reason is simple. No smart tag given. If you are a robber and you drive through the smart tag lane, you will be lucky enough the patrol car in pursuit will need to back off as they don;t have smart tag.

A few years back the police in hot pursuit of a rapist cum robber who was driving a stolen taxi gave up as the rapist drove through the smart tag lane. The police may not want to crash into the barrier as they may lost control of their cars. So it is better to be safe.

It is totally absurd as the patrol cars need to quee each time they come across the toll booth and precious time is wasted. Why can't they equipped the patrol cars with smart tag . The question of misuse does not arise if it is fixed in the patrol car and the reload can be done without removing it.

I think it is high time that the patrol cars are given this facility so that precious time is not wasted and they can continue to pursue eventhough the suspect drive through the smart tag lane.

Someone must take up this responsibility.

Wahai kawan kawan,

setiap kali sebuah patrol car lalu di tol, ia kena bagi tiket waran atau pun melambaikan tangan untuk lepasi tol. Bayang kan di IPD Subang Jaya kita mempunyai tol di 1 ) BT 16 Puchong, 2) Tol Seri kembangan dekat Golden Palace Horeses, 3) di Kesas Highway di Awan Besar, 4) Tol di Kesas Highway dekat Summit Hotel, 5) Tol dekat Simpang Proton masuk Elite 6) Tol Sunway,
7) Tol Bukit Hitam, 8) Tol dekat UPM dan setiap kali patrol car masuk kawasan ini mereka terpaksa beratur dan untuk melalui tol ini. Masa yang di gunakan amat membazir dan terdapat satu kes di mana semasa polis mengejar penjenayah, iaitu di sayki perogol teksi, teksi itu bolos gunakan smart tag. Polis melopong kerana tak ada tag untuk lepas. Maka perogol itu lepas lari. Soalan orangramai mengapa tak rempuh?

Kalau kereta polis rempuh barrier di lorong smart tag, kerosakan kenderaan polis, pasti pemandu kena marah. Kalau rempuh dan tak kawal kereta dan terlanggar orang maka kena tuduh memandu dengan cuai . Siapa pulak mahu bayar palang rosak di tol kalau polis langgar?

Apa salah nya kalau smart tag di berikan kepada patrol car? Bukan patrol car meronda lebuhraya juga? Salah siapa kalau penjenayah mempunyai smart tag dan polis tak berupaya mengejar?

Nampak tak polis ini di biarkan macam ini. Beratur lah mengikut giliran, Kalau perompak lari apa aku susah. Tag pun tak ade.
Nak salahkan siapa, pikir pikir lah dan renung renung lah wahai sahabat. Kalau lah ada Tuan besar terbaca, sila lah ambil kira ini.

Dear All,

An old dato' came to me the other day and said that he had invested RM 450,000 in a health care investment program in a company in Old Klang Road ( jalan Kelang Lama ) somewhere before the Buddhist temple on the way to KL.I asked him why he invested so much in that company. He said that he saw the boss is driving a Mercedes worth 500K and with a single number plate 7. That are the only reason he believed him. I checked with ROC and the company is a two dollar company and the director is the conmen himself. I dare to call him a conmen as he is not allowed to collect monies in his company and it is totally against the Bank Negara regulations as the company is not licensed to collect investment of any kind. But pity the old Dato' I spoke to him and I failed to convinced him that his money will be gone.

There is also earlier con jobs mentioning of planting seaweeds and per lot is 15K. Friends approached me and I told them there is no such thing lah. The conmen actually took some of the ignorant and greedy investors to Sabah and book them hotels and visited the site supposed to used for planting seaweeds.

Wake up lah, where got the big frog jumping on the street? Never believe in such kind of investment and ,many were conned were those in their retirement age group. Kindly think before investing. In a bad economy situation like these many con jobs will resurfaced. Look out!
Inform the commercial crime or Bank Negara if you suspect anything amiss.

Dear readers,

Everyday we will receive news of crime happening everywhere.We start to gossip and talked about it and there are ones who shrug their shoulders ignoring it as they are not the victims.
We must wake up, the criminals form the minority group in our society and if all of us work together to fight them, we will win the war.

Merely lip talking will not help. Get involve and know your neighbours and organise neighbourhood watch. When you know your neighbours you are reducing the chance of criminals staying next to you. Criminals will not like to rent their hideouts in a busybody neighbourhood as they may be easily expose. They will rather go to a quiet neighbourhood or garden when nobody cares for each other.

Know your neighbours today and make friends with them. You can singled out those who are reluctant to be friends with you and most probably they are uncomnfortable as they do not want you to know more about them. Call the police and inform them if you find that your neighbours activities are suspicious. Let the police check out them. Meanwhile look at their car registration numbers and take note. Send it to your community policing representative. let them be at your service and help you to sort out your fear.

At time neighbours changed their car plates to avoid paying instalments. Sometimes they are crooks. So, be alert.

Saya terharu dengan satu panggilan talipon daripada seorang Sjn Goh yang bertugas di IPD Subang Jaya. Beliau bertugas di IPD Subang Jaya dan telah menalipon saya untuk meminta rumah sewa Bandaraya. Beliau beirtahu saya seorang perempuan telah mengadu dia di pukol oleh suami nya dan kini tiada rtempat tinggal.

Sjn Goh telag berhubung dengan kawan nya dan mendapatkan kerja cleaner bagi pengadu tetapi tiada tempat tinggal. Maka beliau memohon saya untuk mencari rumah sewa untuk pengadu.

Dear readers,

In a grim morning, as we sat near the surau next to the mortuary of Kajang Hospital, the coconut tress seems standing still, watching us huddled in a corner waiting for the father of the dead constable to bid goodbye to his beloved son killed in the bid to apprehend drugs dealers. He was stabbed on the chest and succumbed to his injuries while being rushed to the hospital.

I rushed over upon receiving the news that a constable was killed and met the CPO at that time Dato' Yahaya Udin. As I hand over some donation, I noticed that the CPO waa a tired but determined man. He vowed to get the killers.

We we discussing how to arrange for transport to ferry the body back to his hometown and being from a poor family, the parents arrived at the mortuary with little money left in the pockets. Being a Saturday worsened the situation as banks were closed and the welfare of Kajang can only come out with little cash and a cheque.

I saw tears streaming down an old man face, deeply hurt, angry and feeling lost on the sudden lose of his beloved son. The suspect cruelness had made his world turned topsy turvy. As he hugged his son body, the whole world stood still and tears were flowing freely. The police force lost another policeman.

What hurt us most was there was not even one politician who cares to be present to console the greiving family nor are they there to offer words of encouragement to the police force. Not even the Barisan YB which at that moment was a MCA lady and she must be sleeping soundly in her home without knowing what happen or do not care what happen. . Not any PR leaders were present too at that time.They never cares if a policeman dies . They never cares if you die policeman. It is a true fact. Have you seen Lim Kit Siang visiting policeman injured while performing their duties. Last time when YB Lee Lam Thye was in DAP, he visited most police stations and inquired about their welfare. No wonder he earned so much respect from the police force. No wonder he got fed up with DAP politics and left them. Syabas Tan Sri Lee. Sehingga kini saya masih mengenang jasa yang kamu curahkan semasa lawatan kamu ke Pantai police station dan kamu benar benar tolong kami. The others, they only care when they die. They can hentam you, they hentam you cukop cukop kalau boleh mereka kata semua polis korup. Tetapi takala mereka di samun dan menerima molotov cocktail atau peluru mereka lari minta bantuan polis.

Not even one Barisan leader and not even Pak Lah dare to say a thing except our Botak Syed Hamid came in full defence of the police force. There are some Barisan leaders joining the opposition condemning the police force. It was very sweet of them, yeah.

The others Barisan leaders took a safe stand and refuse to comment. They cowered into corners and let the poor police defend themselves. No public dare to stepped out as they fear their voices will be drowned or they may simply be targetted . I am not condoning the recklessness of the policemen involved nor am I being bias but let the law take its due course lah. Due respect to Kugans'familyand they had engaged a capable lawyer to look into the matter and I am assured that the truth will prevailed. Whoever responsible in the action of causing his death, will be put to trial but not judge and tried by the media. No one really knows and we are still waiting for the second post mortem result.

See the vast contradictions. Sorry sorry sorry. I am just being too emotional but this is the cruel fact the police is facing.

It was such a sad day for all of the police force there as no one offered to help when our officer fell to ground and ruthlessly killed.. This is the Malaysian YBs attitude, may it be from Barisan, may it be from DAP or Keadilan.

The poor father had to accompany the body back to his hometown and what happened during the journey I leave to everyone guess and imagination.

Is it worthwhile to be a policeman? They will never be accorded the respect by the politicians.. I hope the YBs can change their attitudes and let us work together for a safer Malaysia and lets start it now.

No point pointing the finger at the police and accusing them of this and that but we ourselves fail in exercising crime preventions programmes.

Anyway, Mr Policeman, don't worry there are many who support you and we will back you up in and you must continue to perform your duty deligently.

I will like to highlight this predictment of the mentality of the public in Malaysia. When the police patrol your houses, do you wave and acknowledge at them. When they patrol your houses under the hot sun, do you offer them drinks? No, you don't care and their visibility is ignored completely. But when you need them, you want them to appear within seconds.

Why can't all of us begin to acknowledge their presence and make their presence in your community welcome. Make friends with them to let them understand your community better and they know who are the occupants residing in the houses as they can easily identify strangers.

Lets work together for a safer community.

Kita lihat bagaiman orang orang politik mencari publisiti murah di mana satu perhimpunan beramai ramai tanpa permit telah berlaku pada hari ini 28hb Februari 2009 di hadapan balai polis Brickfileds. Konon nya mereka ingin membuat repot mengenai kes penganiyaan Uthayakumar tahanan ISA.

Eh, YB, repot poliskan boleh di buat oleh seorang dan takperlu 400 orang. Kalau YB takut nak buat repot panggil lah securicor untuk lindungi YB lah. Ini bawa sampai 400 orang dan keriau di sana sini saperti makluk hutan. Apabila FRU suruh bersurai, enggan pula. Ini sudah nampak sangat teruklah mencari publisiti murahan.

Kalau Uthayakumar di anayai, buat lah repot dan kemudian panggil sidang akhbar. I percaya akhbar akan sentiasa menunggu berita sensasi daripada YB yang bersekolah tinggi ini. Konon nya satu orang tak boleh buat repot tetapi membawa bala tentera untuk mencari pasal dan apabila FRU pancut air, keluarlah gambar tersebut. Tak de gambar polis kena pukol, polis kena pijak, tak ade. Jangan harap lah Malaysia Kini nak siar gambar polis cedera.

YB YB, kita sudah di landa tsunami ekonomi. Kita telah bosan dengan laungan u semua, ISA, tukar langit Sept 16, Uthayakumar, lepas ini, u orang pasti cari isu lagi dan berarak lagi lah sekali di jalanan, Buat bising lagi untuk mendapat publisiti, kalau tidak siapa akan kenal kamu ye. Apabila kami mengundi kamu, kami berharap kamu akan membawa perubahan. Setahun telah berlalu dan kami semua capet untuk tunggu perubahan tersebut tetapi sebalik nya politik murahan yang kamu membawa.

Kami rakyat semua sudah bosan dengan karenah kamu membawa beratus orang untuk membuat satu repot polis. Ubah lah taktik kerana ia sudah basi.

Pedoman buat repot polis.

Mana mana individu boleh membuat repot polis di mana mana balai polis yang berhampiran dengan tempat kejadian. Ini untuk fasilitas pegawai penyiasat.
Satu repot polis tidak memerlukan beratus orang.
Faham ke tak faham atau buat buat tak faham.

Yang kami di cops melahirkan rasa kesal kerana tenaga yang di perlukan untuk menjaga 400 orang itu lebih baik di gunakan untuk jaga aman mencegah jenayah.
Walaupun YB YB bising jenayah meningkat mereka lah peyumbang kepada kenaikan penjenayah ini kerana polis perlu lebih anggota dan masa untuk mengawal mereka daripada mencegah jenayah.

Pembaca budiman,

Baru baru ini saya terdengar aduan orang awam bahawa polis trafik memarahi nya bodoh.Ini adalah kerana pegawai tersebut tidak mendapat apa yang dia pinta dalam satu kes kemalangan. Pihak satu yang lain merupakan kawan kepada pegawai polis di balai berkenaan dan apabila si pengadu pergi membuat repot kemalangan di balai berkenaan, ia telah di layan dengan teruk sekali memandangkan satu pihak yang lain ialah police friend.

Wahai kawan kawan dalam seragam biru. Apa yang kamu buat Tuhan akan mengetahui nya. Jangan lah buat perkara yang begitu kerana pengadu rasa terkilan dan menimbulkan rasa benci terhadap polis.

Bukankah kita di didik supaya lebih bermesra dengan rakyat? Sudah di timpa kemalangan pergi kebalai jadi habuan maki polis pula. Ini tidak seharus nya berlaku.

Saya menasihat beliau bersabar dan memaafkan polis tersebut dan memberitahu nya bahawa ramai lagi polis yang baik.

Harap haraplah polis semua dapat berurusan dengan baik, ye kerana Malaysia terkenal dengan budi bicara yang baik dan halus. Senyum sekiranya boleh kerana senyuman mu pasti mengundang segala kebaikan kepada mu dan keluarga mu.

Salam sejahtera pembaca budiman,

Marilah kita sama sama renung dan lihat apa kah yang menunggu kita sekiranya kita pergi kebalai polis?
Motosikal buruk berterabur dan mesin judi bertingkat tingkat di susun, kereta buruk terbiar untuk menghadapi kerakusan cuaca yang cuba mejahanamkan nya tanpa belas kasihan.

Adakah ini kesalahan pihak polis ataupun pentadbiran atau perancangan orang atasan?
Atau adakah polis di anaktirikan? Bukan kah keselamatan negara menjadi teras utama kejayaan negara?

Kesemua barang kes tidak dapat di letakkan atau di simpan dengan baik kerana polis tidak mempunyai setor barang kes yang boleh menampong jumlah yang di simpan. Kelewatan kes mahkamah juga memainkan peranan yang penting di mana barang kes di letakkan di kawasan yang tidak di tutup atau di lindungi dengan baik. Mengapa setor kastam boleh di perolehi dengan baik? Ini menunjukkan kerajaan tidak mengambil berat atas masaalah ini. Mangsa yang mengambil semula kenderaan mereka setelah selesai kes hanya boleh mengeleng kepala.
Mereka akan menuduh polis tidak menjaga harta benda mereka. Ini pasti menimbulkan rasa ketidaksenangan hati mereka terhadap polis. Kerugian berjuta ringgit atas tuntutan insuran dapat di elakkan sekira nya kenderaan tersebut dapat di jaga dengan baik dan di pulangkan nya dengan sempurna apabila selesai kes di mahkamah.

Oleh yang demikian kami rakyat Malaysia berharap setiap balai polis yang di bina pada masa hadapan perlu mempunyai satu setor barang kes yang cukop untuk menampong barang barang kes terutama kenderaan .

Cuba tuan.puan yang budiman bayangkan. Kalau lah kes bunuh dan kita perlu mencari bukti di kenderaan, dengan cuaca yang tidak menentu di Malaysia, kita perlu satu tempat untuk meletak dan meyimpan kenderaan tersebut untuk analisa yang teliti. Sekira nya penyiasatan tidak dapat dilakukan disebabkan tiada tempat untuk memelihara keadaan sebenar barang kes, ini pasti akan menjejaskan kepercayaan orang ramai kepada pihak polis.

Kita harus mempunyai satu tempat barang kes yang lengkap.

Ciri ciri bilek barang kes di balai balai polis amat di curigai kerana sistem nya tidak perlu lah saya bincang di sini. Ini boleh menimbulkan pelbagai isu dan kontrovesi sekiranya kehilangan barang barang kes saperti dadah dan penyalahan guna atau peyelewangan munkin boleh berlaku. Nak salahkan polis atau salahkan siapa?

Salam sejahtera semua pembaca.

Hari ini mula satu era baru di mana community policing di Balai Polis Bukit Puchong telah mengorak satu langkah kehadapan dengan membina sebuah laman web untuk memudahkan penyebaran maklumat di antara ahli komuniti polis dan PDRM.

Terlebih dahulu saya ingin mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih kepada Ketua Polis Negeri Selangor yang bersudi melancarkan perasmian laman ini. Timbalan Ketua Polis Selangor Dato' Jamshah bin Mustapa dan juga Tuan Jamaluddin bin Abd Majid Ketua Jabatan Pengurusan juga telah bersudi meluangkan masa untuk hadir bersama dalam majlis yang serba serbi ini walau saya mengetahui kedua dua mereka amat sibuk dengan tugas mereka.

I remembered that when I visited the K9 unit in Pulapol ( Pusat Latihan Polis Jalan Gurney ) the police told me after the dogs completed their years of service they are put to sleep after parading them before the CO ( Commanding Officer ) of K9.

Its were heart wrenching moments for their handlers to depart with their pals and many of them were send to counselling or therapy to overcome their grief in seeing their pals being put to death.

Dear All Malaysian,

Many of us rushed to gain cheap publicity regarding Kugans death. do we really care about his death? Do we really know how the aunt and mother felt?
It was very inhumane to tossed Kugan's body from one place to another. Those who gained cheap publicity from the death shall be penalized by God.

Who really care how his mother felt? How much do we really care for his family? No matter how much tears the mother shed will bring the son back to life. no matter how much consolation can ease her sadness. Please be fair to her aunt and her mother. When Kugan's father separated from Kugan the aunt took care of him as her own child. The house in Kinrara is a rented one and the aunt had been staying there for a long time.

The rest I will rather not speculate nor write here. What I hope that everyone should remain calm. No doubt that a detainee died in custody but the circumstances surrounding it will be revealed later as Bukit Aman had took over investigation and promised to reveal the truth in it. Some smart people made their own assumptions. Firstly they said that he was beaten to death. Then they said that he may have been drowned. They said that the post mortem revealed a blunt trauma triggering a heart attack. Some said that the tissues had been send to Singapore for examination. Some said that police was paid to finished him off.

Next time someone will make a drama out of Kugan. All of us should wait and let see the result of the investigation.

Please do not conduct our own post mortem. Let Kugan's soul rest in peace. The politicians will be smilling gleefully for the publicity they received as bonus from Kugan's death. Are these people really help Kugan's mom and aunt. I don't think so.

What we should do now is not to be kelam kabut. We shall all remain calm and not to be exploited by those evil politicians. Nor do they have the power to confuse our mind as we staunchly believe that there will be fair and just investigation. It is a very unfortunate incident for Kugan, his family and the police. We hope all of us can learn from this episode and politicians will jump on the slightest opportunity to gain cheap publicity without sincerely caring for the deceased family feelings. Please MR and Mrs politicians please lah the day you lie in your own coffin, God will come and count all your doings on this earth. Then you will realise the path which you took may be morally wrong.

Hai Tuan / Puan,

Semenjak kita menyertai komuniti polis, kita masih dalam keadaan samar samar apakah yang harus kita buat. Setiap kali mesyuarat kita hanya membawa masaalah kepada pihak polis dan ini di terima oleh polis di mana ia di jadikan maklumat yang penting dan mustahak dalam memahami masaalah akar umbi di mana polis boleh menganalisa keadaan sesuatu tempat.

Keberkesanan mesyuarat setiap kali agak limited kerana ia tertumpu kepada masaalah yang di lontarkan kepada polis. Saya percaya kita boleh lebih berkesan jika kita memainkan peranan masing masing dengan lebih luas.

Adalah di ingatkan penjenayah datang nya juga dari masyarakat dan sekira nya kita mempunyai satu masyarakat yang sihat, penjanayah tidak munkin dapat di lahirkan. Dengan itu, community polis harus lah masuk terus ke akar umbi masayrakat dan memahami keperluan mereka dan juga masaalah sosial yang mereka sedang hadapi demi untuk memperbetulkan keadaan nya.

Community policing juga perlu mempunyai ciri ciri nya sendiri. Kini ahli komuniti polis masing masing terumbang ambing kerana tidak mempunyai hala tujuan yang sebenar.

Maka saya bercadang dapat kita mengadakan satu visi dan misi untuk komunti polis IPSD Subang Jaya supaya ia dapat menyumbangkan kepada hala arah tujuan yang kita perlu hadapai demi menjayakan misi kita iaitu menghindarkan jenayah.

Hai kawan kawan,

Semasa saya berkesempatan melawat satu mangsa rumah kecurian, saya bersama pegawai penyiasat telah membuat beberapa temuramah kepada jiran rumah mangsa.
Alangkah terkejut apa bila saya mendapati dari hasil temuramah bahawa pekerja ( maid jiran ) jiran telah nampak 2 lelaki Cina memasuki rumah mangsa tetapi tidak berbuat apa apa. Ini kerana pesanan dari majikan nya jangan lah sibuk atau busy body.
Ini menunjukkan sikap tahap kerjasama jiran dan kecurian ini munkin dapat di patahakan sekira nya polis dapat di hubungi.

Ramai jiran kita bersikap mendiamkan diri atau mengasingkan diri daripada jiran kerana kita fikir kita lebih kaya atau tinggi nya mertabat atau kita lebih pandai dan akhir nya kita menjadi korban kerana keangkuhan kita.

Maka wahai tuan tuan berbaik dengan jiran anda mana tahu mereka lah orang yang akan membantu anda semasa kecemasan atau apabila rumah anda di masuki pencuri.

Ajarlah maid anda untuk menghubungi polis dan janganlah anggap mereka bodoh dan tak mampu membantu. Marilah kita sama sama melancarkan kenali lah jiran anda. Cubalah kenali jiran anda dan semoga mereka dapat menceriakan hidup anda.
